A club announcement or community notice can be hard to follow when the main point is buried. Try asking an AI chat tool for a clearer version of your own draft. Use a public notice or remove private contact details before pasting text into a chat.
Read both versions side by side. Check the details yourself, especially words such as “must,” “may,” and “unless.” A smoother sentence can accidentally change who should attend or what they need to bring. Asking AI to preserve facts does not guarantee that it will.
Read the revision aloud, or ask someone unfamiliar with the event to explain what they would do next. If the meaning has shifted, fix it before sharing. Keep your original so you can restore wording that the rewrite lost.
